" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "

"まず、アパートメント主の対応が素晴らしかった。レイトチェックインの鍵受け渡しをしてくれた担当者もとても親切に対応してくれた。 9泊したが、日本人にとっては慣れないラジエーターの仕組みに、前半は戸惑ったことと、覚悟以上のヴェネチアの寒さで、どうなることかと思ったが…後半は快適に過ごせた。 関連する質問にアパートメント主も担当者もWhatsAppで迅速に親切に対応してくれて本当に心強かった。 清潔でこぢんまりと、小柄な日本人2名で過ごすには充分な広さだった。洗濯後に干すツールもあり長期滞在には助かる設備。 欲を言えば、電子レンジがあれば、朝ご飯づくりのバリエーションが手軽に広がったと思う。しかしコンロで蒸し煮したり工夫でそのあたりは乗り切れた。 あとは立地！何度かヴェネチア自体には行ったことがあったので、リッチの良さが1番の決定理由になったのですが、美味しいレストランも気の利いたスーパーも近くにあり、この立地も長期滞在には助かった。"
