“Relaxed, friendly atmosphere downstairs in the pub and restaurant. Lovely food, enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. Room was fantastic, everything one needs, and in a beautifully designed space.”

“We had a lovely stay. Very cute and cozy. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Nice warm showers. Toilets being on the top floor was a little bit annoying but not a huge deal. Private rooms could do with tea and coffee facilities.”

“This was just what I was looking for--a great long-stay option with a kitchen and good transportation options close by. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge, microwave, cooktop, and a dishwasher. And there was air con, which was much-needed since June 2022 was brutally hot and A/C in London is hard to come by. There are also laundry facilities on site (in the main bldg) which was helpful. It is located right next to Deptford Bridge DLR station (and close to Deptford and New Cross Train stations)……

“Beautiful spacious home. I booked this residence as I was attending an event at Brixton Academy, home is within walking distance or a quick Uber. Lovely quiet street, also loved the black and white cat that visited us over the weekend. Would stay here again. ”

“I had a pretty good time! The free breakfast was great, with toast, eggs, cereal and ham. Perfect for grabbing something quick before heading out to explore. I also really liked that they have cooking facilities. Being able to make your own food is super helpful when you’re trying not to blow your budget. It’s close to New Cross Gate station so getting around was easy. Staff were chill and helpful, and the vibe overall was very relaxed.”

“We arrived at 15:15 for our 15:00 check in, however was told the room was not ready. We were let into the room at 15:40. We were led to the property and the staff helped with suitcases because there is no lift. There was a terrible damp smell in the corridor leading up to the room. Once in the room there was no smell, and the room looked fine. It has air con which is a plus. The room had a small bed, it looked smaller than a double but was fine for us. A small TV, table and 2 chairs. Large……

“The staff were great, very helpful. I'd changed my booking to a triple room with no problems and when there had been an error they sorted it with no problems at no extra cost. Great location. It's not swanky but it's definitely got the heart of old London beating in it's core. ”

“Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. ”

“This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ. Whilst the host was incredibly friendly the check-in was confused due to information sent via the app not clearly……
