"While it was a little complicated to actually access our room, we were provided lots of directions that helped. Expect to take a little extra time to get yourself into the room. The location was fabulous! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the Parma historic center and could take many different routes back (especially if we wanted to avoid a lot of other tourists). The room was very nice and just like the photos. We would stay here again. We even opened the windows but shut the shutters to...

"This property was located away from downtown, which was great for a quiet neighborhood. Parking was ample and free. Breakfast had several options every morning and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the region of Parma. "

"We stayed in a triple room which was very big, clean and facing the car park therefore quite at night. Breakfast was simple but ok and included in the price (which seems to be rare these days). The hotel is approx 100mt from the train station therefore not a great area to wander around at night but super handy for train travellers. Parma historic centre is less than 15mins walk away. The only very weird thing was the strong smell of dump in the stairs on the way to the breakfast room"
