"Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff.
Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins.
Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything.
Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause.

"We loved this hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. The room was a bit small with no place to sit, but we didn’t mind since we only wanted to be in the room to shower and sleep. The staff here is exceptional. So kind, friendly, professional and accommodating. Anything we needed and asked for, they provided with a smile. We truly felt like we were with family. The hotel is in somewhat of an industrial area, however, the area is very very safe and within a 5-10 minute walk from all sorts of shops, markets and restaurants. Thank you The House team.
