The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. "The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel."
