"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. "Very run down. Could be high quality and originally designed as such. But no maintenance or upgrading in decades since Horizon took it over from Aston and its all falling apart. Friendly helpful staff but room condition, facilities, restaurant a/c and lifts etc etc very poor . But fairly cheap spacious and close to centre of town. "
