"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem. Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain. The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"The resort staff very kind very helpful with service minded excellent service, The environment nice the room are clean and spacious's we will be back for sure. The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "This was my second visit staying at the Farmhouse. It's perfectly rural, with lovely attentive staff and a beautiful pool. Great place for kids to run around and about 25 minutes from Pattaya."

"The water pressure for the shower is almost non-existent. The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. I had to shower elsewhere daily before returning to the resort to sleep. "

"This hotel is a real gem next to the busy Sukhumvit Road. The noise of the highway does not carry over to the hotel and it is wonderfully peaceful there. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!"
