“Hotel was perfect. Didn't care for the area but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Great staff and breakfast! Five stars!”

“I liked it because first of all it was pet friendly. Very convenient. Staff was nice. The only thing that was not good was our room wasn’t ready. But to make it up we were given another room with a free upgrade. That was great. So we will be back again.”

“This hotel was gross and very run down. There’s splatters on the walls. Fuzz in the shower and something growing in the vents. The windows open but would not shut all the way. Did NOT feel safe here. So much so we left and went to another hotel!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“We enjoyed the property and the room was spacious. Good breakfast and staff. We attended a wedding nearby at Naper Settlement and Indigo Hotel and found Marriott to be a more reasonable rate and nearby expy and close to event. I would book again if needed.”

“Great place in a centralized location within Naperville and close to highways. Parking much easier than downtown Naperville area. ”

“We stayed for three nights in September 2026, and we have nothing to complain about. Check-in was smooth; the room and bathroom were clean and exactly as advertised. The refrigerator, microwave, and other appliances worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was good. No complaints; will stay again.”
