"Easy checking-in at the front, Staff are tentative and friendly, Compact room but clean and well working facilities, We did not use swimming pool., Variety of breakfast choices but main course foods was not hot enough...everyday. Location is center of many main attraction and local markets and amenities near by. Overall we have had a happy stay. "

"The hotel is new & the room was very clean. I appreciate being able to collect drinking water from a dispenser at the reception area as I avoid single-use plastic. Soundproofing is not good. The hotel is in a quiet part of Chiang Rai which was what we wanted. Pretty easy to get a Grab car to other parts of town "

"I booked for a couple days stay (deluxe pool access with bathtub), and I would say it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. The rooms were cleaned every day (unless otherwise prompted). There was also free buffet breakfast, which was a plus. It was close to a lot of restaurants and also the night market. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay here again if I go back to Chiang Rai."

"Staff were exceptional and went the extra mile! Good size clean rooms with a nice outdoor balcony overlooking the pool. Location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre but still only a couple of Kilometres walk into the clock tower. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance also a 7/11 and Lotus fresh all within 1km. Would definitely recommend and we will be back! "
