We saw some people get eggs with breakfast, but we never knew getting them was an option—so not sure how they found that out! There is an “honesty bar” with some snacks and drinks for your convenience to use and just write your room down to be added to the bill. They let us stay and use the pool area until our flight...

"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"
