"I’ve stayed in this hotel on 3 previous occasions location is good and safe. Rooms are slightly dated with dull brown furniture. Service is good… however on this occasion I was given room 103. This room is not suitable for sleeping in.. with bright blue lights shining in from the external hotel sign.. when requested to change the room. The lady on reception advised no other rooms available and to give me a refund and find another hotel at my own expense. With attitude in her voice, and...
