"The check-in process was not smooth. The attendant was not patient due to my lack of speaking Portuguese and even overlooked me to attend to someone who came in after me who spoke Portuguese. The room was lacking basic utensils as advertised. Microwave required an adaptor. No instructions on how to use the pool...or dispose of trash. "
