"I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. "

"The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation. Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close. The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!"

"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk.
