"I would not recommend this stay. For one the staff was not readily available. This the first stay I've booked where I had to harass the host to get access to the property rather than it being provided. This continued when Expedia tried to get ahold of them. The pictures make the property look nice in reality the grounds look poorly maintained and smell. "Best Western is a very nice hotel. The staff was professional friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, they looked newly renovated. Our rooms also had a nice size balcony overlooking the pool area. The hotel had a decent size gym, laundry room a café area where you could get free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate throughout your stay. Breakfast and dinner at the steakhouse adjoining the hotel was excellent. I would definitely go back the next time. I’m in Miami."
