“This could be a top notch tourist spot bcoz of its proximity to the Vembanad lake. The property is due for renovation immediately so I am happy. The wifi access was bad. Food was average. Wooden flooring is damaged in many places. Staff r friendly but need to be more proactive. The only saving grace of the place is its serene view.Rooms were sufficiently lit & cool. But towards dawn, we were disturbed by some animal running on the ceiling. Weird noises”

“ Staff were very helpful and organised our activities and transfers .one of the Bathrooms had mouldy smell which needs resolving. In quiet location but easy to get taxi organised at reception . Food quality was ok if a little slow . Otherwise had enjoyable stay. ”
