"A really great little grade 2 listed B&B. Hosts are very knowledgeable, warm and know their gursts. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice. Well equipped rooms with a refeshment tray. Rooms are en-suite, supplied with toiletries. In a good area for walking can recommend the windmill trail and close to Goodwood. "

"Ample parking is n the drive of a residential street with 2 pubs just a 10 minute walk down the road. Everything you could want really. Clean, shower, bathroom, wifi, tv, comfy bed. Oogeiybhreakfaet in the morning served by the owner who was very nice to speak to. Thanks very much "

"It was unfortunate that even at the start of the goodwood racing festival on a Tuesday that the kitchen closed at 8pm and the pub even for guests by 10pm. Otherwise a great place to stay and a great breakfast. 👍 "

"Parking is a bit tricky until you know ,rooms clean a bit noisy from the street that gives you ear plugs but not sure how well they will work location is very good, breakfast is good ,we will probably be going back another week."

"Even though it was winter, the beach house was the perfect stopover for a few nights. We were warmly welcomed each morning by the lovely hosts, who served a wonderful breakfast and genuinely took the time to make sure our short stay was perfect. If our golden retriever could leave a review, it would simply say: best sausages ever. And being so close to the beach made it even better. We’d happily return in any season."

"The Staff are amazing ! I normally come back to the home (or to the Hotel ) late after work, the night staff are amazing, Billy and Mitch are super friendly, very helpful and great for a bit of a chat. These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'. This is a top spot for friendly warm atmosphere with a personal touch and great sense of of being welcome. Highly recommended. Thank Billy, Mitch, Helen and all the staff ! Top Marks ! "

"Conveniently placed for exploring the city on foot with free parking. We were in room 4 which had a south facing verandah which was lovely as we had good weather. The full english breakfast was excellent - done exactly as it should be. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very much enjoyed our short stay at Avisford. We picked it on value vs even premier inn and was pleasantly surprised at the facilities, we used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. We had a great breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a quaint feel to it, beautiful grounds and it very pet friendly. We will definitely stay again. "
