"I accidentally booked the wrong date as a non-refundable booking. The hotel kindly amended the booking to accommodate our children as we had no childcare this weekend. The kids had a great time! "My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Cumberland. We were in Bournemouth for a concert and this hotel was ideal as it was close to the venue and had a good location overlooking the bay. Our room was comfortable and good value but what really stood out was how good the staff were. Lisa made us feel welcome and gave us some great advice on the facilities and the waiters and managers were friendly and attentive.
