It was the staff - especially on reception - that made this a 5star stay. They could not have been more helpful. Directions to restaurants / bars; to the train to visit downtown Calgary and the best route out towards Banff. Friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you."

"Hotel was in a convenient location right next to the Calgary tower. We booked a club room which is definitely worth it. There was a variety of snacks and drinks through the day along with a breakfast service in the morning and a appetiser service in the evening. The pool was quite big and there was a steam room onsite."
