"I went to check the property and was very pleased to see a very strong building near the water downtown but up the hill. A perfect place to ride out the hurricane. It turned out to much better than I had even hoped for. Secure and quiet even in 100 mph winds while hurricane Milton raged outside. Owners and staff ensured comfort of all guests. Common area was great to meet other guests. "

"A decent room for the money. It’s nice but certainly nothing fancy. Wasn’t crazy about my memory foam mattress. But I liked having the small kitchen. Most of the rest of the room and bathroom was pretty basic. Pool area is nice. Warning: website says parking is available for a fee but there was plenty of manageable free street parking for my May 2026 stay. The Rays were out of town, so that probably helped."

"Fantastic hotel and staff. Just as welcoming at their sister Hollander hotel. Hard to leave the pool area ... and the cabanas made the day! Easy walk to the pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. We will be back!"

"Great rooftop pool. Modern room although nonexistent view on the 3rd floor. Nice bar, but expensive. Also complimentary drink can only be used for a few cocktails. Good location with lots of walkable options"
