Bus stop is just outside the property so guests can easily go to the old town of Malaga. It is also nearthe pick up point for tours to other towns so has.convenient location. "

"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...

"The staff are very good, and the welcome and check in were handled with efficiency. On my birthday, I got back to the room and the hotel had left a bottle of prosecco on ice. Car parking is secure and underground. A great location for the marina and the beach with lot bars and cafes nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is worth every penny, and I will describe it as fantastic."

"Last stayed here in 2018 and it's just as good now as it ever was, appreciate it has changed names etc. Staff great, rooms clean and excellent. Breakfast had plenty of options available. Pool area decent if a little cramped at times. Great access to beach. Will be coming back next year"

"Hotel's good but what makes the Carmen Teresa excellent is the staff and 24/7 bar service. Bar is open all night and food is available. The food and cocktails are as good as anywhere in La Carihuela. The staff cannot do enough for you and made my stay memorable. They went the extra mile and booked the El Ranchito horse and flamenco show phoned 2 different operators and printed the ticket. They also checked that my return transfer was still active."
