"This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. "

My only comment is to ensure you’re booking the correct hotel as there is another hotel with almost the same name around a 20 min walk away which my friend accidentally booked so ensure it’s this one you’re looking for. "

Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep.
