"The hotel is very nice.short walks to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was boring. No bacon's and not so much too choose to eat. The spa with massage was amazing. The pool was small and needs a totally makeover.

"The property is in an excellent location, since I traveled there in winter the apartment was not cold, with a beautiful view of the Mountains. It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar. "We chose to stay here because of the safe neighborhood and excellent reviews, and they were all true! At first a bit confusing because it’s in a high rise and you must go up to Floor 4 1/2 (button 7 in the elevator) to register, but are immediately welcomed with smiling faces and a staff that will do whatever they can to accommodate your stay. The view from the rooftop terrace on the 18th floor (with pool, gym, etc) is spectacular! Plus only one block away from the mall with spectacular...

"Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have...
