Imagine strolling along Cavtat Harbor for some great waterfront pics when in the heart of Cavtat. If you carry on walking you'll get to Beach Rat and Ključice Beach for some more water views.
When the beach is calling your name, you might want to head down to Beach Rat, located 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from central Cavtat. Catch the sunset by the shore at Ključice Beach, just a short walk away.
If you like art, you might want to browse the collections at Bukovac House and Gallery in the heart of Cavtat. Why not take a stroll along the port and watch the sunset while you're here? If you want to experience more of the culture Cavtat has to offer, head to Cavtat Harbor, Beach Rat, and Mlini Beach.
You can learn about the history of Cavtat Old Town with a stop at Church of Our Lady of the Snow. Amble around this romantic area's beautiful beaches or attend a sporting event.
"Had a lovely week staying at hotel Cavtat. It is located perfectly for the restaurants on an evening.
We were disappointed the bar shuts at 11.00 and the pool bar at 6pm.
We had family interconnecting room which worked really well with our two teenage daughters.
If you have children he pool is very small and might not be what they need. We managed and didn’t have many pool days but my younger daughter loves a lilo in the water and we didn’t feel it was the right place or big enough for that.
You do have to pay to hire sunbeds €5 per person per half day but you do get a voucher to spend at the pool bar as long as you spend over €5. However, there is no getting up early to put towels down as you choose your bed number and it is always there for you whatever time you go down.
Breakfast had a good choice and fresh omelettes made to order.
All the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
I will certainly be back to Cavtat and would consider using Hotel Cavtat again. "
"Fantastic stay. Rooms clean. Food very good. We had dinner buffet a few times and the choice was amazing. Beaches were really good with quiet one down the steps to the right facing the sea. Rooms very clean. Staff so helpful. Buses at top of hill, 20 min ride into olt town and cavat lovely as well. Band and keyboard man were very good entertainment. You could get a higher star hotel if you wanted, but for the price this was fantastic. Pool overlooking the sea and boats to old town 5 minutes down the dlope. Thank you for a lovely stay."
"I was not happy that there is no elevator to access the higher floors. The elevator only goes to the second floor. So we had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor"
"The villa was gorgeous, well appointed, spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and bent ober backwards to help us. The pool is a good size, was meticulously clean and had plenty of sun beds. The gym was well equipped and had everything we needed. My husband loved the sauna. Great restaurants nearby, the area is lovely and the beach/ sea was beautiful 😍 "
"What can I say that would do Hotel Supetar justice.
I booked this property based on previous reviews. All 10/10, I couldn’t refute that.
From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only guests. It was exceptionally warm the day we arrived and were given a cold hand towel to cool off, as well as a refreshing lemon drink.
This set the scene for the week. The staff were just amazing, helpful, friendly and nothing a bother. I don’t like singling out as all were fantastic, however Ante we got to know a little. He like the rest of the staff work so hard to make a holiday environment that is so precious to many of us who work all year and enjoy getting away for a break.
The hotel is impeccably run in what is such a relaxed atmosphere for guests. The breakfast was sooooo good, a huge selection of fresh fruit, breads, cheese etc etc with a cooked breakfast of choice, coffee and specially made fruit drinks.
We don’t often return to the same place but Hotel Supetar we will.
Thank you to all the staff.
