"This is a lovely hotel, right on the beach with a nice bar, restaurant and pool area. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. The only minor criticism is that the bathroom looked very tired and could do with an upgrade."

"I have been going to this property for years. The staff was very friendly, made me like it family. But every time I go to this hotel I get the flu the first night i am there but it doesn't help that the Air Con blows directly on you. The rooms need to be updated. But other than those 2 thing's the hotel is wounderful. Also they took away the free breakfast????"

"We chose a beachfront villa with our toddler. The villa was fine, bit dated but clean enough.
The biggest issue was that the beach was INCREDIBLY busy, to the point we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. We had groups of boys sitting directly outside on the beach smoking weed. We ended up having to go to a different beach which was a shame.
The sea was also green, probably from algae but nobody seemed to be able to give us an explanation.
For the price we expected a lot more. We tired to move...

It’s right on Lamai beach and not very crowded. Plenty of options to find your own private swimming spot on the beach, which i really liked. "Based on what I paid which was close to $150 a night I would have expected more modern room and a better breakfast buffet but otherwise the place was clean with friendly staff and located right on the beach. The step over from the tub shower to the floor is non-standard height (higher than normal) so be prepared if you have shorter legs or mobility issues. "
