"Waterlane was a nice stay for an extended time. Quiet, although a bit of hallway noise at times. There were some rather irritating issues — lamp with non-working bulb; exhaust hood for cooktop not working; vegetable/fruit drawer in refrigerator broken. Location quite convenient, very busy LIDL about 10 minutes away, and Forum about 20 minutes."

"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

"Beautiful apartment, clean and well set out but had major problems with communications - on arrival only 1 set of access codes sent when a 2nd was needed, and on 2nd night we could not access the apartment as lock was faulty - advised we could go to another apartment but we had no belongings, no phone chargers and my husband needed urgent meds which were left in our apartment. Finally after numerous calls someone arrived after 1hr, accessed the flat using key and left it with us for rest of...
