"The room was super clean. The fridge in the room was giant. The kids loved the Giant pool and cool slide. They left the hot tub as well too. I forgot there was an indoor pool as well for when it rained. Staff was always very helpful. Couldn't ask more for the price!"

"Located just off the main strip makes this hotel more of an oasis. It gives craftsman style mountain lodge vibes. The beds are very comfortable. This is one of the reasons I have stayed here multiple times over the years. The hotel is on the far end of the Parkway closest to the National Park."

"Staff was very friendly and courteous. We love the area, off the main strip but close walking distance. We did notice one of our pillow cases had a stain on it but besides that everything was great. Their outdoor hot tub was amazing after a day walking around and going to the slope. "

The location is excellent—close to downtown Gatlinburg while still offering a quiet atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony overlooking the river, which was very relaxing.
