"Came to stay at the Black Bear Lodge for my birthday. Jenn at the service desk was the sweetest. The lodge was lovely with a complementary self-serve hot cocoa station. Parking was very convenient. Heavenly Village was only about a 5-6 minute drive. Would love to book here again!!"

"The resort is lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants around the resort. The room was very comfortable. One note is that Hotels.com calls it "Heavenly Village Condos" but the building is branded as Marriott (and there is one on either side of gondolas) so it was hard to find the right place. "

"Super cute updated boutique motel. Easy parking, smooth check in and checkout, very clean, quiet, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. We were in town for a concert at Caesar’s (formerly Harvey’s) amphitheater. It is an easy walk there and to all of the shops at restaurants in Heavenly Village. I would happily stay here again. "
