"This is a handy hotel right in the centre of things. It used to be quite a busy area and I'd request a higher floor but it's quieter now. Parking at Raine Square handy and $25 a for 24 hours wasn't a big hassle. Great if you want to be close in and the little kitchen is handy, gives a little more room"

Excellent gym facilities if you like that sort of thing. Room was spacious and well cleaned. View from our room was excellent from our uninterrupted view of park and river"

"A basic hotel but large room and all the necessary facilities. Excellent value for Perth and friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to city centre but close to the river and sports facilities. On what appears to be a main road but very quiet even when there was a match at the nearby stadium."

"The room was old fashion and small but essential and clean, I got everything I needed, a fridge, lcd tv and the enclosed bathroom. Pretty quiet too. Reasonably central (10 mins walk to Perth Central Station and the street malls). Served by several buses. Frances the landlady is very nice and helpful. I was meant to check out at 9.30 am but for a honest fee she let me stay till 8 pm (I had an 11 pm flight). I highly recommend this accomodation"

"Receptionist was friendly. Room was tidy. Kitchen, suited to a longer stay had kettle, toaster, rice cooker, electric frypan, portable burner, saucepans. Adequate cutlery bar a potato peeler. Bathroom was ok, a hand towel would have been handy. Be aware if you get CAT bus 1 or 935 bus (both free) to Kings Park and walk down to the hotel, it is very steep. A better option is get off these buses on st georges terrace after Mill St and walk across the freeway on the Mount Street Bridge. Parking...

"Close to Train station and easy to get to airport. In the Mall and Close food and beverages. Very nice and will return. "
