"Upon arrival Mehmet met us with a smile and showed us to our room. He was very knowledgeable with details of where to eat and go to in the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was spotless, very quiet and a great place to chill out for the week. It’s very central to town if you wanted to walk in and also the local beaches, which are pretty busy but we were happy to lay round in the grounds of the hotel due to the peacefulness. The housekeeping work very hard to keep the place clean and tidy and all staff work extremely long hours looking after your every need. We will definately return for another week."

"Good resort with all you need for a good holiday, if only they had better staff at reception, very sad people with a grin, didn't feel welcomed, when asked for room change they downgrade my room and said no rooms available, asked the guest relations and they gave me a better room, The AC was not properly working, I asked for bath robe and was told I have to pay a deposit, when clearly at the booking time they were included,"

"Having stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed my experience, I decided to return; however, I was very disappointed with this visit. The service I received was poor. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapproachable, appearing more interested in additional charges than guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the food lacked variety and was the same every day, with very little attention paid to the guests' needs. Overall, this stay was a very negative experience. Consequently, I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others."
