"We only stayed here one night, but the family that runs this hotel seems lovely. The description says Dinner and Bar, but there was no dinner when we got there (we arrived at 8, maybe too late?). We didn’t need dinner, but want to make others aware. There are other restaurants and food trucks around the area. We did grab a couple of beers from the cooler to enjoy in our room. Close to 2 beautiful waterfalls! Gorgeous view. Very spacious room (with a separate little room for our daughter). Breakfast was great! "
"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location with plenty of parking. This is the perfect halfway point to Akureryi. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There also is a restaurant upstairs with a nice view. We didn’t make use of the amenities despite them being a major selling point… we were too comfy and exhausted from a long day exploring and hiking.
