"Amazing cave room in fabulous location. Lovely, charming and helpful staff, happy to provide tips on food, tours and walks - and a good choice of breakfast. There is an assortment of goodies left in the room for purchase (wine etc), which is very welcoming but a little confusing if you don’t initially realise they aren’t complimentary. And amongst the bonanza it would have been a nice touch and very helpful to have a bottle or two of COMPLIMENTARY water (it may have been there and we may have missed it amongst the treats). The only other slight oddity of the hotel is how reception closes between 12.30pm and 3pm, so if they are kind enough to look after your small bags after check out, be sure to know you need to pick up before they close or after 3pm. There doesn’t seem to be a luggage room so not sure they would even allow bigger bags, like suitcases, so worth checking ahead. We loved the hotel, its position and loved our cave night and slept very well. They also so kindly gifted us a freshly baked loaf of bread when we left. Perfect spot for a perfect couple of days in Matera, in an unforgettable room. Thank you"

"This hotel is spectacular. Such an awesome experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful, the location is great. A shuttle drove us from the car park and picked us up. The room was excellent, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was amazing. The only comment I have is that there was no door between the toilet and the bed. Thankfully we had this cool little tunnel to a room in the cave with some chairs where one of us would wait if the other needed to ‘go’. I would absolutely stay again the hotel is part of an amazing matera experience"

"Me gustó el lugar y la amable atención del señor y el muchacho, os costó mucho encontrar el hotel mal señalizado Fue simple irnos porq llamaron a un taxi q nos llevó al parque o Si todo eso fuera explicado ahorraría MICHOS PROBLEMAS"

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
