"This resort is incredible! From the staff, the manicured gardens, the service, food options and libations, just an incredible resort. There are 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean and we got to enjoy whale watching from our balcony! First time to Cabo but will definitely be back!!"

"Rocky start: paid for ocean view room had view of pool and palm trees. I went down to change room. They did move us up two floors and the view was nice. Said we had to wait 40 minutes for room to be ready, but was an hour and a half. We checked back four times before we got into the room. Bathroom sink facet had a slow stream and couldn’t shut it off. Ran a tub full of water and turned on jets. Lots of black particles in tub. Don’t even want to think about what they were. Food at cafeteria style restaurant was what you would expect, and even a picky eater could find something. You have to have reservations for the other onsite restaurant. Only 1 restaurant was open per night. The Italian restaurant was really good the Mexican okay. Lots of loud music played by pool all day with some exercise classes and bingo. The ocean out front had big waves and some undercurrent. I enjoyed the waves, but not good for smaller children or anyone not really comfortable in the water. One of two main elevators was broken all three days we were there. "

"The foods are horrible especially the buffet and the Luna restaurant was a little bit better than the buffet. There was only two restaurants. One of the bar tenders at the pool didn’t have a good service and mixed drinks were not good at all"

"-overall good value for what you receive -staff were professional and accommodating. Kudos to Pedro from the swim up bar, Jesus at the buffet, and the cleaning staff -hotel room we did not receive king bed as booked, we received two doubles -sliding veranda door and shower door didn’t close -nice how mini bar is stocked with bottled water everyday -supper there were many options for food -lunch was buffet or surfos/beach bar. Not enough options -breakfast only the buffet which was boring. Would have been nice to have a plated breakfast like eggs Benedict. -swim up bar and adult area superb -beach is very clean and not many vendors . Suggestion to bring a fishing rod. -husband was not impressed with altitude club as he did not like the segregation -checking and check out process was easy -easy to get transportation via taxi or uber -gift shop pricey. There is an oxxo five min walk away from the resort. -can’t swim in ocean -did not receive shuttle with our package -overall 7/10 experience. Management could easily change it to a 9/10 with more dining options, updating worn chairs and tables, additional staff, and small upgrades. "

"The hotel is very good overall, super clean, and the staff is super friendly. Great for families with children, very family-friendly. The all-inclusive system was the best I've ever experienced. The only downside was that I forgot to leave my wallet in the safe and $40 disappeared from it, but it was my fault for not putting it in the safe anyway."

"Drinks and food are way too expensive. Left resort every day to go to other beaches/resorts and drinks/food were half the price or less. Ate dinner off resort every night over 12 nights. Front desk staff are robotic with zero authority to make things easy (made me fill out paperwork for a 50 peso overcharge from the restaurant that wasn’t our fault! I had photo proof. The one positive is the servers around the pool area (Antonio) was superb. He has wonderful personality and takes pride in his work. Also Francisco at the bellman’s desk really stood out for his welcoming demeanor and tips on places to go. Seven of us in our group and no one will comeback. "
