"Nos dieron un cuarto que no era el que reservamos porque sobre vendieron el hotel. Nos dieron spa de regalo por el mal rato y no servia nada de las instalaciones: ni el hidrocarburos ni los saunas calentaban. Hicieron un concierto en el lobby del hotel y no se podía descansar por la bulla. El desayuno elemental (tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar). Y el recepcionista renegó unas cuantas veces de problemas internos al frente mio… muy poco profesional todo. El hotel es bonito pero me lleve una mala experiencia con la atención y encima no responden. "

We stayed in the traditional choza which was large, clean and comfortable. The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious and well prepared. We regretted not having more time to explore the area both hiking and on horseback. We will be sure to return for those activities. When we arrived in this remote location, we had a flat tire (!!!) and the community members went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem. "

"Not the best experience. We booked the private room with a king bed for one night and the place was not very clean - dust everywhere, random roaches, and a musty smell. The toilet seat also did not stay up so you have to hang on to it just to use it. The shower head was also not working so water only came from the bottom of the basin.
