"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."

"Actually we took one look and smell and left. The sheets looked clean but on the whole VERY rundown and of course the smell I think it was attempted to being masked by strongly scented cleaners which only compounded the issue I simply couldn’t breathe in the room. The staff were good about it why not they had our money. This accommodation should NOT BE DISPLAYED ON ANY BOOKING PLATFORM!!!!!"

"No AC but it wasn’t really needed so they may have it where you can’t use it during certain times of the year. My first time in a hostel and it was good. Opened my mind to doing it again for cheap stays. They had activities too every day, I didn’t do them but overall seemed fun, organized and well centered to everything "

"It is well located for a visit to the Reina Sofia and the Prato. There are a lot of staff but they do not seem well organized or effective as a team. A few were quite helpful. One was out and out rude. The breakfast is quite standard but the coffee machines malfunction regularly. The decor is strange, perhaps aiming to look trendy. I liked the availability of filtered water to save on water bottles."
