"This is not your cookie cutter accommodation. Each room is beautifully and uniquely decorated, very clean with garden doors overlooking the quaint village street and countryside. Very friendly hosts work hard at meeting your needs. There is a lovely patio out back to enjoy a quiet moment. Easy street parking as you do need a car if you are going to explore the area. Caution:As with much of Europe, the hotel is multi level with no elevator. I would come back."

"This is our second visit to this property... we couldn't wait to return and it didnt disappoint.. go if you get the opportunity... it's quite remote but there are places to eat in the village and the castle/church/museum are definitely worth visiting"

"This is a lovely, simple place, full of character. Each room has the name of a grape variety in keeping with this area full of bodegas. You will receive a lovely welcome and great service from your delightful host. Breakfast again is simple but very nice. The best thing was that we dined in the restaurant and had the best steak since we were in Argentina, perfectly cooked. We shared starters and the steak which was just the right amount for us and washed it down with a wine from their bodega. Riquissimo!"

"Very comfortable room with great big bed and superb shower. Good access to the lovely town centre in Palencia. Big negative was accessing the parking - it's done by driving onto a lift which we didn't like!"

"I was a bit disappointed with the hotel and would describe it average at best. The hotel pool is a nice asset if a little cold. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the drains made the whole room smell somewhat if the door was left open. The covers on the beds were also dirty. The staff were friendly. "

"Close to the cathedral. Relatively close to the (very inexpensive) municipal parking lot. Quiet location. The room could be improved with a mini fridge. "
