We had a very pleasant stay in the Els Cacadors hotel. The business is family owned for 4 generations and staff is very friendly and attentive. More importantly, the hotel's restaurant is arguably the second best (after 1 Michelin star La Fonda Xesc ) in the area with very tasty and greatly priced (14 euros 3 courses testing menu). Good value for the rate as I was here off season if you are acustom to traveling through Spain this would hostel would is equivalent to a good two stars place to stay, typical of what you would expect. All was as expected, no surprises. Typical buffet breakfast all good quality and price.
