"This property is nothing like shown on Expedia. I booked that showed a nice living room, kitchen and even washer. We got a room with a bathroom that needed plumbing work, there were roaches in the room. When I told them the executive suite shows all the amenities I saw only they said no they don’t have it. In other words false advertising. Awful place. They get ZERO stars. "

"The only good thing was the breakfast. The night manager was really helpful and very professional, he is an asset to the hotel. He stepped in on the second night to resolve all issues I had complained about the entire day. Will I stay again? Probably not. This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star."

"This hotel does't worth being called a hotel but a piece garbage. To begin talking about the room, the room does't have shawer faucet. A plastic bucket is placed in the bathtub instead. The AC does't blow cold air, the bed mattress is very old and uncomfortable, no elevator but diagonal stairs case that could drop someone on the floor if you don't hold on the rail and watch your steps carefully. Electricity goes off every few minutes and took them unacceptable time to turn on the generator. No...
