"The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Pisa. An excellent 4 * hotel. Very quiet in the evening as well. "Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Single occupancy room size is adequate for EU standards, larger people may find it cramped. Room is aged but clean, with street view. Property has a cute, tiny elevator. Very near to the train station."

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"
