Just had 24 hours to spend in Lucca. It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Franco, who took us to our room doubles as the hotel bartender at night. My stay was amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Always happy to help. On my last day they tried to secure a taxi to take me to the airport but there was none available so one of the hotel staff left his post to give me a ride to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. He didn’t have to but he did. I was really grateful. Will definitely be staying here when next I visit and will definitely recommend this place

From a lovely, abundant breakfast spread with friendly and efficient staff to a roster of well-informed, helpful and friendly front desk/check-in staff, you are pleasantly surprised at every turn.
