"Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, choice of heated and non heated pools, nice food, free airport shuffle Cons: very noisy early in the morning from nearby construction works, only small selection of food at buffet, had to ask for more desserts as didn't restock when all run out, onsite shop not open very late, not many shops or restaurants near by, needs clearer instructions on how to book free shuttle (was told by receptionist they do not read messages through Hotels.com on a weekend!) I messaged Friday to book for Sunday shuttle and no one got back to me so ended up paying for a Bolt."

"Great for families, decent and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, always helpful. The location is nice, with a sea view and promenade for walks/jogs. The food was good, enjoyed the Indian and Peruvian special dinners. The outdoor and indoor pools, spa offer good opportunities for relaxation"

"We had a nice stay here. Lots to do and plenty of sun beds. However my husband got very sick a night before we were due to leave. It turns out there were a lot of other guests experiencing the same vomiting and loose stools too after chatting to a few other guests. I reported it to the front desk but not sure if anything will be done to protect other guests from getting poorly. The only other little negative comment I’d make is about the fact our balcony didn’t have any outside light so we couldn’t sit out there of an evening. Food was good and lots of variety. "

"Beach view from balcony was good . Good selection of food in restaurant at all times . In upper hallway / landing areas of central part very bland . Although carpet fitted needs something like scattered chairs , sofas and pot plants to break area up . Overall though very satisfied even though weather very changeable ."

"Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken."

"⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Venus Beach Hotel was extremely unpleasant. A staff member named Sofia spoke to me rudely at breakfast when I politely asked where the cutlery was. She told me I “cannot sit over that side” and then publicly commented that I needed to “dress properly,” even though I had a blouse over my bikini and was never told about any dress code. I would have happily abided by any dress code. It was humiliating and made me uncomfortable returning to breakfast for the rest of my stay. Reception staff were also rude and dismissive. We had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned after ordering room service, only to then be told we were supposed to call room service ourselves to collect dishes - information no one mentioned beforehand. Some restaurant staff were kind, but overall the poor attitude from others made us feel unwelcome. As the only people of colour in the hotel, the difference in how we were treated was noticeable and uncomfortable. Would not recommend based on this experience however they have great amenities. Great area to stay but avoid Venus!"
