"What a property! The drive in is stunning. Amazing greeting. Easy parking within a gated area. The check-in was first class. We were given a tour of the property which is incredible. The rooms are incredible. Then we experienced a wine tasting that we won't forget. The Banfi wines are amazing. Then we experienced arguably our favourite dining experience at the Michelin Star restaurant on the property. What a property! What a team!! We are already discussing our return. "
"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. It was quiet during the night. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The only minus was discovering a previous guest's blood stain on the duvet one of us had used overnight, which I pointed out to the staff as we checked out."
"We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. "This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!"
"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."

The outstandingly helpful staff was gracious and gave me excellent assistance as a solo traveler. As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino.
