"My beautiful bride Tressa and I spent two nights at the Blackburn Inn. It was our second visit to this lovely hotel. Both times we had travelled from Virginia Beach to Staunton to enjoy the 3-hour train excursion operated by Virginia Scenic Railway. I wanted to share what wonderful service we received from both Amber White, your front desk supervisor, and Devin, one of the wonderful housekeepers. Both of these young ladies went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. Because of my wife's medical issues, I had made a few special requests during our stay. Both Amber and Devin were so pleasant and attentive to us, it made us feel very special. I won't bore you with specifics, but suffice it to say that these two ladies are incredible representatives of both the hotel management and the Blackburn Inn. It is because of them that we will continue to come back to this beautiful property for our future visits to Staunton. "
"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean with all needed items, linens, fridge, microwave, coffee. The breakfast met expectations. The fitness room had the basics of what I needed to workout.
All good at a good price. 👍"
