"The reception & concierge staff were friendly & welcoming. All areas of hotel were clean & tidy. The rooms were excellent & we had great views of Darling Harbour. The rooftop infinity pool over the Harbour was fabulous. We dinned in the BTWN restaurant& although pricey the food was excellent & plentiful. The location is fabulous & it’s an easy walk to Pit Street & QVB building."

"We booked a 2 bedroom Pyrmont view suite. We didn’t get the pyrmont view but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony, the elegant rooms and the closeness to hotel amenities. We missed out on the dinner buffet, but the Harvest breakfast buffet was very good! We can’t wait to book another stay here"
