For me it over achieved it's 4x rating, with the quality of the accommodation and service offered. It should be noted that there was ample free parking at the front of the hotel which had not been mentioned in the write up, nor had the fact that Breakfast was also offered within the standard price and this again was exceptional."

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
