"Governors Village is a newly built (2024) apartment-hotel within walking distance of the public Governors Beach, which is in the middle of the Seven Mile Beach. It's very clean, quiet and well-managed. The apartments are great: each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Self-check-in and check-out are very convenient; we got the access code before we arrived and never had to see anyone. If you need anything, you can call, text or email them anytime. The apartments do not have laundry appliances, but this was not an issue for us. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, but we didn't need them. If the beach amenities are important to you, a beachfront hotel or condo might be a better choice. We would definitely stay here again."
