I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Modern and functional with high end amenities. Very conveniently located 5 minutes away from the C metro stop. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy with public transportation but took about 50 minutes with the change between the bus and metro. Going downtown with the metro was also quick and convenient. The neighborhood is mostly residential but also has many nice restaurants and pubs within a two block radius from the hotel. This is my second time at this WONDERFUL hotel and I couldnt have been more please. They have the most unique 2 penthouses in Prague, 2 rooms surround on three sides with glass windows and large terrace with glorious views of the entire city. Penthouse West is slightly better with glorious views of the Prague Castle & Petrin Hill & all of the city for miles out. Penthouse was so spacious, and really appreicate the large modern bathroom and separate toilet room with its own sink and mirror!! ...

Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. This place is a great bang for your buck. The rooms are very clean and modern. There is a beautiful, outdoor shared space to enjoy your coffee or read a book. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Espresso machines, refrigerators and plates/cutlery in the rooms.

Everything was very clean, cozy, and it feel like being at home. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious too

Charming boutique hotel right around the corner from the main square. We stayed on the top floor with exposed beams. The room was so charming. The bathroom was very nice an up to date but a bit crowded for two. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice assortment of breads/rolls, cheese, meats, and also hot items. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of interactions with 2 staff members. The first was the “bar tender” in the restaurant upon my arrival, he was extremely rude but Michel was very helpful and pleasant. The second was the woman at the reservation desk- short bob hair cut- was rude as well at all interactions I had. The location is great. It is right by the old town. Everything is in walking distance. Stayed at room 23 on 4th floor, with my family. They had a roll in bed and the sofa bed ready by the time we arrived. Large, clean room with a new, large bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and Wi-Fi was fast. I parked the car in the national theather which was 10 minutes away. I would stay here again.
