"Staff was kind and so friendly which made our stay pleasant. Room had a smell to it in the bathroom so made our stay a little uncomfortable. Small rooms but close to train station and city ! "

"The staff is extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more pleasant. The interior bar is so cool — This is one of the oldest buildings in Innsbruck. We also had dinner there and it was fantastic — gourmet. And to top it off the location is within walking distance throughout the town. We highly recommend it."

"Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. "
