The room looked very old including the carpet in front of the toilet and shower. The room did not have a balcony either. We knew we could not stay there and checked out immediately due to the intense smell. The manager claimed he never heard from Expedia and Expedia said the manager never responded, this went on for weeks. So never got the refund. Terrible experience."
