"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too .
A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice .

The saunas and relaxing spaces were most impressive and helped us relax after a long journey to Eugendorf, and again the following day after a thorough exploration of Salzburg. Breakfast very good. We all enjoyed it.The free bus service was an extra bonus to and from Salzburg. Couldn't fault our stay apart from it wasn't long enough and we are going to return in the autumn. Lovely!! "
