"We traveled from Canada to attend a Viking lifesaving course and stayed here for the week. After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay.
They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we are very grateful for the excellent service.

family of 4 with small kids. The apartment that we rented family room with kitchen. The picture does not do justice how big really the room is. The kitchen was a plus since there is a grocery nearby. There is a good pizza place below us aswell. Perfect location! the breakfast is the same over and over inside the box. But, we use it for hanging outside. If you leave the window birdw will definitely wake u up. But overall the apartment is great, parking was a hassle since we arrived peak time I guess. But will choose this place again if we come
